✅ Attendees Networking: Meeting Requests and Private Video Calls
Networking is one of the most important aspects of events! Even virtually, you can meet, socialize and create personal connections with other attendees.
Here's a step by step guide on how to connect with other attendees through a video call.
All meetings are limited to 10 minutes video calls to give you a space to connect with as many attendees during the event. Meetings are only available during the event, however you can create meetings before the event.
How to create a meeting with other attendees?
- Access the event
- Go to "My Meetings" on the top right
- Click on Create Meeting, and add the meeting name, time, duration (10 mins), and the number of participants you want to invite.
Note: You can invite up to 5 attendees per meeting
- Invite meeting participants from the event attendees so they can join this meeting.
Note: Invited attendees receive an invitation with the meeting details to their emails and another email when the meeting is live so they can join the meeting.
- Your meeting is now available for attendees to join at it's scheduled time
