How to manage or track my event ticket sales?
You can see a list of all the orders for your event including all requested & paid tickets, and total sales numbers from your orders dashboard.
- Login to your account and go to your event dashboard
- Click "Edit" next to your event.
- Go to the "Tickets" tab on the left menu
- You can see the overall stats of your event:
- Tickets Sales: is the total amount of sales you made so far
- Total Requested Tickets: is the number of tickets requested for your event. This might include some unpaid tickets or expired orders if the user doesn't pay on time.
- Total Approved Tickets: is the total number of valid tickets requested.
- Total Paid Tickets: is the number of tickets completed and paid.
